Hello Rappelz Community!

It is never easy to make an announcement like this to a community, especially when it’s one that’s been as dedicated and helpful as you have.

However, after numerous talks with all the teams involved with Rappelz, it is with a heavy heart that we announce Rappelz will no longer be serviced by Webzen from September 22nd, 2020 and will instead be transferred to a new publishing partner.

We are working with Gala and the new publisher to ensure there is a smooth transition between companies, with the priority being as little impact to yourselves as possible. You shall be able to transfer your characters over to new publisher during transfer period. Specific details regarding this shall be provided soon.

To keep things short, we just want to thank everyone for their continued support throughout the years - it was truly you, the community, who made the game what it is today.

That said, things are not going to stop right away, and we shall continue to offer you the best support and experience that we can until the handover.

Rappelz service will officially end on September 22nd, 2020 at 07:00 UTC.
You can request your transfer to new publisher via game client from August 21st, 2020 after maintenance to September 22nd at 06:59 UTC
